Rose Gayle

Rose Amanda Gayle also known as Sister Manda, was born in the District of Edgeware, in Manchester Jamaica, on January 12, 1919 to Agnes Reid and Caleb Gayle.
In 1936 she married Rudolph Brown. They had four children: Rowena, Harris, Daphne, and Charles. From the age of twenty four Rose was the matriarch of her family through four generations.
In 1985 Rose migrated to Canada and lived with her Son Charles. Rose is survived by her four children, twenty seven Grand Children,
Forty seven Grate Grand Children and seventeen Grate, Grate, Grate Grand Children, two Nieces and three Nephews.
She had one Brother and One Sister. The late: Herbert Gayle and Elizabeth Pinnock.
