Chris Evans
May 17, 1948 - February 6, 2016
Evans, Christopher (67), peacefully passed away Saturday February 6th, 2016 at Bethell House Hospice, Inglewood, ON. Chris was born May 17, 1948 to William and Edith Evans in Birmingham, England. He moved to Canada with his wife and children in 1989 where they settled in Brampton, ON.
Chris is survived by his loving wife, Elaine and his children, Kerry (Shaun), Philip, Alex (Lindsay) and Paul. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, Éowyn, Maximus and Bryce, who affectionately called him “Papa”.
He is survived by his sisters, Jacqueline, Josephine and Judith along with many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
We wish to thank the entire staff at Bethell House for giving Chris and his family such kind, loving care as if we were your own family.
We owe many thanks to the kindness of family, friends and strangers who rallied around us to ensure our family had what we needed so we could simply take care of Chris. There are not enough words to express our gratitude.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Bethell House Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
An Angel saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be.
So He wrapped his arms around you and whispered “Come to me”. – Author Unknown
